We only ship to the U.S. & Canada.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
We do our best to ensure a timely delivery of all orders. We are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

If you selected a traceable shipping option, please follow these steps to trace your package:
Log in to your account
Go to the homepage and click on your name
Click on "Order History"
Click on the order number for the order you would like to track
Click on the tracking link that appears below each item
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items purchased from Gator's Western Wear are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. You will have up to 60 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, which will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
You will receive an email when your return package is delivered to us. Please note, returns could take 1-5 business days to process upon reaching us. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. It can take several business days for a refund to be show on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
